A new alloy. We started with a metallurgical analysis and created a blade alloy unlike any other. It has the beam strength of a thicker blade with the flexibility and long life of a thinner one.

Ground teeth. The common shortcut is to stamp teeth into the band. Lab testing shows stamping permanently stresses the steel, and milling afterward does not fix it. We grind every tooth instead.

Proven life. In lab torture tests, Ultra MAX blades last up to nearly 40% longer than competitors’ blades.
