The TimberKing 2000 earned its keep on big jobs. A blade that quits early costs you more than the price of the blade. It costs you the stop, the swap and the lumber you didn’t cut.

Ultra MAX was built to stay in the cut longer. In lab torture tests, it lasts up to nearly 40% longer than competitors’ blades. Two things make that possible.

First, the alloy. It came out of a metallurgical analysis, and it is unlike any other blade steel. It rivals thicker blades for beam strength and matches thinner blades for flexibility and life.

Second, the teeth. They are ground, not stamped. Stamping permanently stresses the steel, and that stress stays in the blade even if the teeth are milled later. A stressed blade fails easier and sooner.

Ultra MAX also holds up to more resharpenings than our standard Ultra blade, so a box of six covers a lot of board feet. Pair it with a TimberKing Full-Auto Sharpener and Dual Tooth Blade Setter and you can keep your own blades in rotation.

Box of six, 1-1/4″ wide with 7/8″ tooth spacing, made to fit the TimberKing 2000.
